在网络犯罪高发地区、期间，应当按照有关主管部门的要求增加动态身份核验的频次；发现移动电话卡、物联网卡、银行账户、支付账户、网络账号存在异常操作等情况下，应当及时进行动态身份核验。身份核验未通过的，应当采取限制、暂停、终止相关服务等措施。
